Hi I’m Ben Tullett, founder of Tullett Limited, a consultancy that has set out to improve the project and change management profession. Tullett Limited was built around our core values; honesty, ethical and fair and this is in the DNA of everything we do.

What is Change? Change comes about from a need to do something different to the current situation. The need is usually derived from the existing circumstances being untenable for some reason, the existing state usually being inefficient in terms of money or time, or there is a need for a new capability.

Poor project management skills tend to cost businesses both money and time. Both are commodities which were likely the driver behind the need for change initially, which makes getting it right first time so important.
